Registration Information
June 16, 17, 18, 2026
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Conference Location – The Mercy Center, 2039 N. Geyer Road, St. Louis, MO 63131
- All registrations will be done online through a unique Flocknote link.
- The elevator at the Mercy Center will not be operational during this conference. If you require an elevator, please select “yes” on the registration and we will make accommodations for you.
- The medical information and photo release will be completed during the online registration process. Please review this information before registering.
- Registration will close by May 29, 2026 or when the conference has reached its full capacity.
- Late registrations are not accepted.
- Conference fees shown below. Fees may be paid with a credit card or a draft from a checking account (ACH). These fees will be paid in full through Flocknote during the registration process. No refunds after June 5, 2026.
- When registering, consider selection a donation option to cover transaction fees before making final payment. Thank you for your generosity!
- Meals that are included in the registration fees are listed for each registration selection:
- B/L/D = Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner.
- B/L = Breakfast & Lunch
- L/D = Lunch/Dinner
- D = Dinner

Travel Rebates

- Driving Mileage (one driver per vehicle)
- 200-499 miles $100
- 500-699 miles $200
- 700+ miles $275.
Financial Assistance Requests
Please complete the F-11 Form from the website and send the request through your Branch Facilitator no later than May 1, 2026.
