All Cornerstone members are welcome to the conference. However, there may be some topics that are suited for those in the leadership ministry. Please do not feel obligated to attend everything.

The conference is designed to be a teaching conference to learn more about the study for the upcoming year. There will be a keynote speaker who handles the information as it pertains to the study. There are supplemental Break-Out Sessions about The Cornerstone or relevant topics throughout the conference.

Yes, there will be daily Mass.

The elevator at the Mercy Center will not be operational during this conference. If you require an elevator, select “yes” on the registration and we will make accommodations for you.

Each room has its own system. However, the facility can be cold or hot to some. please dress in layers to be comfortable.

It simplifies the process by giving you one registration option. Please ask your Branch Facilitator for assistance in registering if you are not able to go online yourself. You may also call Suzanne at 913-704-7946 with questions.

Registration payments are required to be paid in full when registering online. When registering, consider selection a donation option to cover transaction fees before making final payment. Thank you for your generosity!

Medical Information and Photo Release forms will be completed during the online registration process. Please read the photo release form in advance of registration which is provided in a link on the registration email.

Registration will remain open until May 29, 2026 or when the conference capacity has been reached. Please plan accordingly. The Mercy Center has a max capacity of 150 attendees.

There are no late registrations allowed for in person conference attendants – no exceptions.

No, there is a maximum number of persons allowed in the facility. If you are not registered, you will not be allowed to attend.

Yes, please check back on the conference information page at 8:00am Tuesday June 16, 2026 to view a detailed schedule to know when to tune in.

A nametag and a folder will be provided with a copy of the schedule and other conference information. Some people also choose to bring a Bible, a notebook, and a rosary.

Each registrant will receive an email reminder about the conference within one to two weeks before it starts. Attached to this email will be the conference schedule for reference.

The specific meals included in the conference fees are identified on each registration option. No meals are included in the conference fees before Monday dinner and after Thursday lunch.

The Mercy Center provides a few options at each meal. Meals are self-serve in the cafeteria. There will be dairy free, gluten free, and vegetarian options. Please provide special individual needs when registering.

The Mercy Center does provide snacks during break times.

Members who are requesting a travel rebate will need to fill out form F-1 from the website

The form will need to be mailed to the Central Treasurer, Teresa Johnson, after the Conference. Reimbursement will be provided as follows:

  • Airfare (per person) $275.
  • Driving Mileage (one driver per vehicle)
    • 200-499 miles $100
    • 500-699 miles $200
    • 700+ miles $275.

No. We will not be able to provide transportation to/from the airport for the CMC. Per our insurance carrier, the drivers are considered official operators for The Cornerstone and the insurance requirements are too much. Below are some alternative transportation options:

  • Uber or Lyft or Chesterfield Taxi
  • These transportation costs are included in the airfare rebate listed above.

Please fill out form F-11 from the website and give to your Branch Facilitator by May 1, 2026. If approved, you will be notified by a member of the Shepherding Board.

The Finance Committee and the Shepherding Board are trying to reduce the amount of the total costs The Cornerstone has had over the past few years. Please note that due to our members’ prayerful and generous donations, we are still able to subsidize some of the cost for the full conference.

No, the conference is tightly scheduled.

Please send an email by June 5, 2026 to cmc@thecornerstonescripturestudy.org requesting a refund. No refunds after June 5, 2026.
