The Shepherding Board provides each Branch with a mentor who provides practical and spiritual support for that Branch. The mentor will keep in contact with the Branch throughout the year to help address any concerns that may arise. The mentor will visit the Branch at least once a year to meet personally with the Ministry Team, attend a Branch meeting and provide support to the Branch Facilitators in their efforts to guide their Branch.
